AMC Home will ensure fulfillment and postage is processed as soon as possible to try and reduce these delays.
Tracking numbers will be provided for you to monitor your delivery via Royal Mail site.

What is the return policy?
We very much hope you love your purchase. However, if you are not happy with your item we do offer a 14-day (from order date) return policy for a full refund.

In order to receive your refund the item must be returned securely in the original packaging, unused and with tags. You are responsible for return costs unless the item arrived damaged.

Please ensure your item is packaged adequately to avoid damage in transit. We cannot accept liability for items lost, damaged in transit. Also ensure you retain your delivery receipt for proof of return.
